A classic Korean mixed rice bowl prepared with rice, carrots, zucchini, spinach, and Korean radish. The vegetables are lightly sautéed in sesame oil and served over rice, topped with a fried egg. Gochujang sauce is served on the side, allowing you to adjust the spice level to your taste. (A vegetarian-friendly dish.)
